What is The Monocle Eclectic? We are one of Chicago's hot, new, up and coming contemporary dance companies.
How is The Monocle Eclectic different from other dance companies? Our movement tells a story, maybe not the same story to each audience member, but that is the beauty of art: drawing your own conclusion from one artists view and creation.
How did The Monocle Eclectic earn that name? This dance company creates art and dance, both in live performance and on film, through the lens and vision of its creator (or the monocle); the result of this creation results in a production with multiple facets, characters, and styles of dance (an eclectic collaboration of elements.)
